Crust

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 t baking power
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • Mix well.
  • Spread in a 13″ by 9″ cake pan.
  • Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Do not overbake.

Cream Cheese Mixture

  • 1 – 8oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 t vanilla
  • 3/4 cup whipped topping
  • Mix well.

Fruit Topping

  • Top with your favorite fresh fruit.
