Crust
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 1 t baking power
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup sugar
- Mix well.
- Spread in a 13″ by 9″ cake pan.
- Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Do not overbake.
Cream Cheese Mixture
- 1 – 8oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 3/4 cup whipped topping
- Mix well.
Fruit Topping
- Top with your favorite fresh fruit.
