These peach crostini are a great summer appetizer that are easy to make and a real crowd pleaser. They are perfect for entertaining and best served with a glass of chilled prosecco in the garden!
Ingredients
For the crostini
- 1 baguette
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoon sea salt
Toppings
- cheese (goat cheese, ricotta or burrata)
- fresh peaches
- honey
- fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
To make the crostini

Slice a baguette into thin slices at an angle.

Line crostini on a baking sheet.

Using a pastry brush, coat with olive oil and sprinkle a little salt over them

Broil 1 – 1 1/2 minutes until just toasted and crunchy.
Toppings

Place a little cheese on top of each crostini, top with some sliced peach, a drizzle of honey and the fresh thyme leaves.
