These peach crostini are a great summer appetizer that are easy to make and a real crowd pleaser. They are perfect for entertaining and best served with a glass of chilled prosecco in the garden!


For the crostini

  • 1 baguette
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon sea salt


  • cheese (goat cheese, ricotta or burrata)
  • fresh peaches
  • honey
  • fresh thyme leaves


To make the crostini

  • Slice a baguette into thin slices at an angle.
  • Line crostini on a baking sheet.
  • Using a pastry brush, coat with olive oil and sprinkle a little salt over them
  • Broil 1 – 1 1/2 minutes until just toasted and crunchy.


  • Place a little cheese on top of each crostini, top with some sliced peach, a drizzle of honey and the fresh thyme leaves.
